Before you begin

  • A supported device connected to the internet
  • A media player obtained from its official app store or publisher
  • Connection details from a service you are authorized to use

Installation and configuration

  1. 01

    Check the device and connection

Confirm the device is supported, connect it to a stable network, and install operating-system updates offered by the manufacturer. Confirm the app supports your operating system and the setup method offered by your provider.

  2. 02

    Choose a compatible player

Look in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for a reputable media player that supports the playlist or login format supplied by your authorized provider. Review the app publisher and permissions before installing.

  3. 03

    Get your own connection details

Request the playlist URL or account configuration directly from the provider you are authorized to use. This site does not issue or store player credentials.

  4. 04

Add the configuration in the player

In the player, choose its matching playlist or account setup option and enter the provider's details exactly as supplied. Do not post those details publicly or send them in an open support request.

  5. 05

    Refresh and review the guide

If your provider supplies program-guide data, refresh it in the player and check its time-zone setting. Availability of guide information depends on the provider and app.

Common setup problems

The player cannot connect

Check the device's internet access, update the app, and re-enter the details from your provider. Ask that provider to confirm the configuration is active and supported.

Playback pauses or buffers

Restart the router and player, try a wired connection or a less congested Wi-Fi band, and close other high-bandwidth apps. If the issue remains, ask your provider to check the stream.

The guide or categories are missing

Refresh the playlist, check the app's guide and time-zone settings, and confirm with your provider that guide data is included in the configuration.
