Installation and configuration
- 01
Identify the exact model
Check the model label and install current manufacturer firmware before configuring network or player settings.
- 02
Confirm the supported setup method
Ask your authorized provider which configuration format the model supports. Portal, playlist, and account methods are not interchangeable.
- 03
Open the device's official setup screen
Use the built-in player or manufacturer-approved app store. Avoid third-party firmware and unofficial portals.
- 04
Enter the provider's authorized details
Follow the provider's model-specific instructions, double-check every field, and keep account details private.
- 05
Save and verify
Restart the player if its instructions require it, then ask your provider to review any connection error.
Common setup problems
The player cannot connect
Check the device's internet access, update the app, and re-enter the details from your provider. Ask that provider to confirm the configuration is active and supported.
Playback pauses or buffers
Restart the router and player, try a wired connection or a less congested Wi-Fi band, and close other high-bandwidth apps. If the issue remains, ask your provider to check the stream.
The guide or categories are missing
Refresh the playlist, check the app's guide and time-zone settings, and confirm with your provider that guide data is included in the configuration.
